1. Use of the app

Chess Football is a game. You agree to use the app lawfully, reasonably, and in compliance with the applicable rules of the stores and any third-party services connected to the app.

2. Premium purchase

• Premium is offered as a one-time purchase that unlocks all Premium features.
• Payment is charged to your store account after purchase confirmation.
• There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or automatic renewals.
• The purchase is subject to the terms and refund policies of the App Store or Google Play.

3. Purchases, restore, and availability

Premium features are delivered through the platform store and may depend on the availability of Apple, Google, or network services. If you have already purchased Premium with the same store account, use the restore option in the app to regain access after reinstalling the app or using a new device.

4. Private multiplayer service

The private 1v1 mode relies on network services and temporary invitation links. We may limit, suspend, or protect certain uses in the event of abuse, overload, or threats to service security.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its visuals, gameplay, code, and related content remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or exploit the app beyond authorized personal use.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, no absolute warranty is given regarding error-free operation, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose.
