By downloading, installing, or using Chess Football, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the app

Chess Football is a game. You agree to use the app lawfully, reasonably, and in compliance with the applicable rules of the stores and any third-party services connected to the app.

2. Premium subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your store account after purchase confirmation.
• On the App Store and Google Play, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if ever offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

3. Purchases, restore, and availability

Premium features are delivered through the platform store and may depend on the availability of Apple, Google, or network services. If you already have an active subscription on your store account, use the restore option available in the app.

4. Private multiplayer service

The private 1v1 mode relies on network services and temporary invitation links. We may limit, suspend, or protect certain uses in the event of abuse, overload, or threats to service security.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its visuals, gameplay, code, and related content remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or exploit the app beyond authorized personal use.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, no absolute warranty is given regarding error-free operation, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app, its features, or legal requirements.
